Remote Scrum Master
Job Description: Remote Scrum Master at Brownstone Agency, IncJob Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to prioritize tasks and organize sprints
• Track and communicate team velocity and progress to stakeholders
• Remove impediments and ensure a smooth workflow for the development team
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Experience with remote team management and agile tools such as Jira
• Experience in software development or IT projects
