AspireHR is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to provide high level support on multiple ongoing projects. This role involves defining requirements, providing consulting services, and ensuring high quality solutions through system configuration to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesDefine requirements, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testingProvide consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutionsConduct design workshops with the clientEnsure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirementsWork with team members to facilitate successful integration between modulesClearly document system configuration and business processesEffectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & supportKeep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)Travel as needed to support client projects, SkillsAt least 5 years experience with on-premise SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)At least 3 years hands-on experience being a senior consultant on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementationsSAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation experience with US clients in customer-facing rolesProficient in Personnel calculation rules and schema processingUnderstanding of how applications support business processes. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problemsStrong best practice consulting skills in SAP or SuccessFactorsFluent in English (verbal, written and reading)Strong and effective communication style with team members, customers, and leadersKeen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solvingAbility and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the teamStrong presentation and consulting skillsDemonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modulesAbility to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordinglyKnowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in 1 or more talent modules, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central preferredSAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) international implementation experience (nations outside of the US)Experience with Replication configuration, logging and analysisKnowledge of SAP ECC Benefits Administration integration and configurationExperience as a team lead and/or project managementABAP development skillsSkilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team membersCompany OverviewAspireHR is a U.S.-based HR partner that is focused exclusively on the needs of the HR marketplace.
