Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a staff accountant. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sage Intacct. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday?Friday) that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
ā¢ Responsibilities:
ā¢ Experience closing monthly financials
ā¢ Conduct accrual accounting and maintain accurate financial records
ā¢ Perform month-end close for multiple locations
ā¢ Reconcile balance sheets and resolve discrepancies promptly
ā¢ Execute journal entries accurately and efficiently
ā¢ Conduct general ledger reconciliation to verify financial data integrity
ā¢ Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
ā¢ Skills:
ā¢ Proficiency in financial services and accounting principles
ā¢ Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation
ā¢ Experience with accrual accounting practices
ā¢ Ability to analyze debits and credits effectively
ā¢ Additional Details:
ā¢ Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday?Friday)
