Key Responsibilities
• Engage with interested clients through our exclusive warm lead program.
• Collect essential data from clients to develop customized protection plans.
• Conduct thorough research on various protection plan options to find optimal solutions for clients.
• Follow up with clients within one to two days to discuss your findings via phone, virtual meetings, or in-person consultations.
• Provide expert advice on the suitability of selected plans based on individual client needs.
• Assist clients through every step of the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Submit applications for approval to the relevant carriers on behalf of clients.
• Maintain communication with carriers to monitor application statuses and keep clients informed.

Required Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using technology, including phones, laptops or desktop computers, and printers.
• Comfort with participating in virtual meetings and engaging in ongoing professional development.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications
• Must be a legal resident of the U.S.
• Possess a state life and health insurance license or a willingness to obtain one.
• Availability for weekly virtual meetings focused on sales training and mentorship.
