**Your Role at careerzynith**

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, meet sales objectives, and contribute to the growth and success of careerzynith.

**Responsibilities**

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Provide feedback on call issues
* Meet sales objectives as defined

**Qualifications**

* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months of sales experience minimum
* Able to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills

**Work from Home Requirements**

* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
+ Proof of internet speed required
+ Clean and quiet workspace
