Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressively pursue and engage daily with leads provided by PCG Digital Media
• Deploy a consultative sales approach to convert prospects into loyal clients
• Build and sustain a portfolio of clients, earning commissions on both initial and recurring sales
• Maintain regular communication with sales management
• Keep our CRM system up-to-date to ensure all opportunities are tracked and maximized

• Experience in managing and optimizing sales pipelines

Requirements:
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable computer
• Proven experience in marketing and SaaS sales
• Expertise in time management
• Insurance sales experience (highly preferred)

Compensation Structure:
• 20% commission on initial and recurring sales when closed independently
• 10% commission on initial and recurring sales when closed in collaboration with leadership
