**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
* Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, customer information, and sales data
* Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including medications, health and wellness products, and other store offerings
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
* Experience with inventory management software and systems
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management procedures
