[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Global Music Rights (GMR) is a performance rights management organization focused on licensing and distributing royalties to music creators. The Sales Development Representative will generate sales opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and assist in building a sales pipeline, with the potential to grow into an Associate Licensing Director role.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Drive lead generation activities for the sales team by cultivating high-quality opportunitiesOutreach: Engage with prospective customers through both cold and warm outreach, utilizing calls, emails, and social mediaIdentification: Act as the initial point of contact to identify key decision makers and influencers within prospective organizationsIntroduction and Qualification: Engage with prospects to introduce GMR, understand their business and music usage, and provide essential context on purchasing a licenseMarketing Campaigns: Qualify and develop leads from marketing campaigns, utilizing social media and other channels to identify potential customers' music usage during the sales processMeeting Scheduling: Arrange and schedule meetings with Licensing Directors to pitch and close dealsCRM Management: Effectively manage all sales activities, notes, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.comPipeline Management: Efficiently manage the prospecting pipeline to ensure maximum efficiency and touchpoints per leadSales Enablement: Follow sales scripts and leverage defined outreach cadences and sequences using sales engagement software such as Outreach.ioDevelop Sales Skills: Learn key sales skills to prepare successful SDRs to move into more senior sales roles at the companySkillsMinimum of 1+ years of prior experience in a professional work environment, with a preference for sales-related roles or heavy phone experienceStrong phone and email skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls per dayProficient in navigating the internet and social mediaWillingness to adapt and learn, coupled with a highly coachable and flexible mindsetBachelor's Degree in a related field preferredExperience working in a remote environmentFamiliarity with Outreach.io and Salesforce.comExperience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, sales automation, or conversation intelligence platforms) to improve prospecting, personalizing outreach, prioritize leads, or increase sales efficiencyBenefits100% Remote Work100% employer paid Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more) eligible for spouse/partner & dependentsCompany OverviewGlobal Music Rights is a music rights management company that focused on licensing, surveying and distributing public performance royalties.
