Associate Graphic Designer

The Associate Digital Designer’s role is to support the design team and the wider Gartner C-level Communities organization in multiple stages of a project, focusing on branding and storytelling for a C-Level audience. Responsibilities Produce attractive and effective concepts for singular assets, keeping within the brief and predefined brand guidelines Research, source and refine imagery for use in a plethora of mediums and formats Populate various set templates to high standard in a timely manner Maintain and update asset libraries to aid efficiency for other team members Communicate with senior members to receive feedback and critique Prepare design files and documents for export and delivery Skills Bachelor's Degree in design, graphic arts, interactive media or similar creative field preferred 1-3 years in a design discipline Experience with Apple computers Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Ability to design in both digital and print mediums Understanding of typography, layout and color Confidence to take part in each step of the design process as a team or with design supervision Meet deadlines set on singular projects by the Art Director Benefits Generous PTO A 401k match up to $7,200 per year The opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount Company Overview Gartner provides fact-based consulting services, helping clients use and manage IT to enhance business performance.
