[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and prospecting potential customers, setting up meetings, and advancing the sales process while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership for fulfilling daily, weekly, & monthly quotasSchedule 4-6 new meetings per weekFollow the outlined process & use our toolsBe successful in getting past the 'gatekeeper' to the person intendedFollow up on cancellations to attempt to reschedule themKeep detailed notes on calls and update information in our customer relationship management softwareSecondary responsibility is attention-to-detail - take notes and update information in SalesforceMaintain discretion and confidential informationStrong customer service and friendly mannerSkillsAbility to communicate over the phone with a variety of prospective customers and variety of personalitiesThis is a support role— you must be a team player, have a positive and helpful attitude, maintain calm demeanor, talk to prospective customers over the phone, communicate clearly, and be able to set appointments with prospective customersEngage active listening and rebuttal tactics; gathering relevant information, quickly documenting information, and transitioning to the next call - with renewed confidence that you will set an appointment with each new callMust be able to accept constructive feedback and learn to improve techniques in setting appointments, discussing informationAbility to communicate verbally clearly and professionally in English with a variety of users over the phoneExperience in the automotive industry working in or selling to dealershipsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsBenefitsCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision.Company 401k Match.20 PTO days, Company paid holidays.Company OverviewUVeye is a computer vision company that develops automated inspection systems for vehicles.
