They are seeking a RevOps Manager to design and execute impactful programs that enhance client retention and referrals while managing the revenue operations infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesOwn the revenue operations infrastructure including the systems, strategy, and vision for this critical part of the businessDesign and launch programs that help LOs stay top-of-mind with past clients, generate referrals, and re-engage unconverted leadsBuild a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, SMS, newsletters) that drives measurable lift in retention and referralsSupport and help scale our direct-to-consumer channel, including Bankrate and other lead-buying programsDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency is a must — not simply a willingness to learn, but AI should be a proven, hands-on capability central to how you workOwn the GTM systems for retention, referral, and DTC programsImplement and maintain Salesforce workflows, reporting dashboards, and attribution modelsOperate and integrate various CRM and marketing automation tools for targeted campaignsBring in additional resources (third-party tools, contractors) when needed to scale executionDefine, track, and improve KPIs including client retention rate, referral rate lift, LO adoption and participation, and DTC channel performanceUse data to refine campaigns, improve performance, and prioritize the highest-ROI effortsPartner closely with the Director of Business Operations, leadership, and sales to align revenue strategy with overall growth goalsMotivate and enable LOs to adopt the programs and tools you buildWork cross-functionally to drive adoption of new systems and processes across teamsSkillsProven experience in Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, or a similar growth-focused roleExperience in a B2C environment with data from large or nationwide sales teams is a plusDeep experience with marketing automation tools and a demonstrated ability to stay current as AI changes this spaceA mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you can design the play and run itStrong understanding of sales funnels, retention levers, and customer lifecycle managementComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a player-coach mentality — this is a hands-on role with significant execution responsibility from day oneDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency is a must — not simply a willingness to learn, but AI should be a proven, hands-on capability central to how you workMortgage or financial services industry experience is preferred, but not requiredExperience launching a new function or program from scratchFamiliarity with lightweight build tools like Retool or Airtable — we move fast and build scrappy, and comfort with that approach goes a long wayCompany OverviewGoRascal is a financial services company that offers services such as refinancing solutions and other investment plans.
