The role involves managing reporting requirements, developing business intelligence reports, and ensuring data quality and governance.ResponsibilitiesPerform all tasks within the Technical Team during the development, implementation, and maintenance and operations of the client’s solutionManagement of Reports Requirements and Reports SpecificationsEnterprise Reporting Framework and Reporting Platform, Architecture ImprovementsDesign and development of Business Intelligence reports and dashboardsProvide data and technology support necessary to enable the client to meet related business objectivesWill ensure the timely creation of reports to meet various business needs, as well as assist in batch file testing, defining processes, standards, and best practices in reports developmentHelping the client establish an enterprise reporting framework that aligns with other areas of the overall enterprise architectureProvide a plan detailing the data flow, and tools necessary to maintain data quality standards and synchronicity with the systemsDefect and incident management similar to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologySecurity monitoring, assessments, and variance managementTesting and development as it relates to interfaces meeting set standards and requirementsSystem or environment monitoring and reporting for uptime agreements and useful metricsData governance, publishing, and analysis on an ongoing or ad-hoc basisTechnical Knowledge Transfer to client staff and other/Additional Administrative TasksSkillsWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in other quantitative analysis or related disciplines, such as researcher, data engineer or BI analystMust possess a Bachelor's Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon requestWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of working with enterprise reporting and analyticsWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio)Must possess Google Cloud Data Engineer or Analytics certifications. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. May not be substituted with additional experience. A copy of the certification must be provided upon requestWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum one (1) year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modulesMust be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form. In addition, you must be able to submit completed reference forms when requested. Each reference form must be signed by the referenced individual. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and must have served in a management or supervisory roleWithin the last ten (10) years, ability to work with data from COTS platforms (e.g., Accela) and integrated systemsWithin the last ten (10) years, experience designing dashboards for regulatory, compliance, or enforcement reportingPossession of any SQL / data visualization credentials.
