Part-Time Sales Representative
Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and experienced independent salesperson to help us grow! This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who wants to earn extra income while maintaining other clients or a full-time job. If you enjoy connecting with businesses and closing strategic B2B deals, this could be a perfect fit.
Our company specializes in branding packages and construction plans for franchise businesses—primarily dessert shops, restaurants, and retail spaces. We're expanding our client base and need a sales partner who can help us tap into new and existing franchise markets.
What You'll Do:
• Identify franchise companies and key decision-makers in retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors
• Reach out to companies expanding or entering the franchise market
• Build and maintain relationships through a mix of warm leads and cold outreach
• (Optional) Attend franchise trade shows and events to network with potential clients
• Develop compelling outreach messages and scripts to book virtual consults with our closing team
• Use a CRM to track activity, manage leads, and ensure consistent follow-up
• Create and execute a quarterly sales strategy to meet performance targets
This Role Is Perfect For You If You:
• Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Are a strategic thinker with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Are comfortable managing your own schedule and delivering results
• Have experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and follow-ups
• Are passionate about helping businesses grow through great design
• Want to build long-term, recurring income through franchise client relationships
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Our top sales reps can earn $100K+ annually. Better yet, each franchise relationship you build can generate residual commission income as they continue to open new locations. You close one deal—and earn from it over and over again.
