[Remote] Remote Sales Development Representative

Benefits On Us is a leader in employee benefits, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their fully remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to market employee benefits solutions and schedule appointments with decision-makers at companies looking to improve their benefits offerings. Responsibilities Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals Prospect, qualify, and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers Engage via phone (using a provided auto-dialer), email, and LinkedIn/social platforms Maintain detailed records in our CRM Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement Track activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline growth Skills At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required) Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments or qualified leads Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new sales tech Own a computer with Chrome browser and have reliable high-speed internet at home Resilient, professional, and growth-minded Minimum one year of SDR, sales, or appointment setting experience Proven record in a high-activity sales environment Own modern computer, Chrome browser, and fast/reliable internet Willing to commit and hit the ground running—our busiest season is NOW!
