They are seeking a strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead their Engineering Intelligence business, responsible for defining market positioning and driving go-to-market strategy while managing a team of Product Marketers.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the positioning and messaging for the Engineering Intelligence portfolio, including: Engineering Workbench (EWB / EWB Pro), AI Assistant, Thread / Traceability, Goldfire, Integrations and workflow solutionsTranslate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business valueDrive category creation and thought leadership around Engineering IntelligenceBuild competitive positioning against traditional standards providers, engineering workflow tools, and emerging AI entrantsLead GTM planning and launch execution for new products, capabilities, integrations, and AI initiativesPartner with Product Management to shape roadmap narratives and market readinessCreate scalable launch frameworks, enablement plans, and adoption programsDevelop segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies across engineering, quality, compliance, R&D, and digital engineering audiencesHelp shape category leadership and market awareness for Engineering IntelligenceEquip Sales and SDR teams with messaging, tools, battlecards, objection handling, and competitive intelligencePartner with Sales Enablement to improve sales readiness and effectivenessPartner closely with Revenue leadership to improve conversion, pipeline quality, and win ratesSupport strategic enterprise deals and executive-level customer conversationsHelp shape packaging, pricing, and commercial narrativesDevelop value-based messaging around engineering productivity, compliance, digital transformation, and technical decision intelligenceLeverage AI tools and modern GTM technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, scalability, and execution speedUse AI to accelerate: Content creation and messaging development, Competitive and market analysis, Persona and ICP research, Launch planning and campaign optimization, Sales enablement and customer insights, Executive presentations and strategic storytellingIdentify opportunities where AI can remove friction, improve decision-making, and increase organizational leverageHelp establish best practices for AI-enabled Product Marketing workflows across the organizationBuild a culture of operational excellence by incorporating AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern marketing tools into day-to-day executionLead and mentor a growing Engineering Intelligence Product Marketing organizationEstablish operational rigor, prioritization, and performance standardsBuild a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, clarity, accountability, and execution excellencePartner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teamsDevelop deep expertise in the engineering software, standards, compliance, and industrial technology landscapeConduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify whitespace and growth opportunitiesBring the voice of the customer into roadmap, messaging, and GTM decisionsMonitor emerging trends in engineering, AI, compliance, digital thread, traceability, and technical knowledge managementSkills10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related leadership rolesExperience leading and developing Product Marketing teamsStrong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, industrial technology, engineering software, PLM/ALM, AI, or technical platformsProven success leading enterprise GTM initiatives and product launchesExperience supporting complex sales cycles and executive-level buyer conversationsStrong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve team productivity, execution quality, and go-to-market outcomesStrong familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing and research workflowsExperience applying AI to market analysis, content development, messaging refinement, customer insights, and competitive intelligenceStrong understanding of how AI is changing enterprise software buying behavior and GTM executionHigh degree of curiosity, adaptability, and experimentation with emerging AI and GTM technologiesExperience in engineering, manufacturing, compliance, standards, digital thread, traceability, or industrial software marketsFamiliarity with AI-enabled enterprise workflows and technical knowledge systemsExperience in PE-backed or high-growth transformation environmentsStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesBenefitsAnnual incentive planComprehensive benefitsCompany OverviewAccuris is an engineering workflow solutions platform.
