Job Overview As a Real Estate Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering a variety of data into our database, ensuring that our records are current and comprehensive. Key Responsibilities Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Examine and amend data to ensure it is accurate and comprehensive, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication. Be mindful of privacy and abide by data security regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Assist in creating reports and presentations using the data acquired, providing insights and trends that inform business decisions. Perform secretarial duties, including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency. Essential Qualifications A high school certificate or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is ideal but not necessary. Solid background in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of real estate terminology and procedures. Strong command of the language and procedures used in real estate, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. A strong command of computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Remarkable precision and attention to detail, with a proven track record of accuracy and quality in data entry and administrative tasks.
