The REMOTE Content Developer (Software Engineering) role involves developing engaging technical training content for software engineers, focusing on content review, training development, and facilitation.ResponsibilitiesCreate & Develop Content: Design and produce engaging technical training content for software engineers, utilizing a variety of formats including written guides, video tutorials, hands-on labs, and other learning modalitiesEmbed with Engineering Teams: Act as an early tester and end-user by embedding within engineering teams. You'll collaborate directly with platform owners and architects to understand new technologies from the developer's perspectiveCurriculum & Documentation: Collaborate with developer advocates, L&D team members, and technical writers to develop and implement a holistic curriculum. You will help identify and fill documentation gaps, using learning materials to close themModernize Learning: Create self-service content and experiment with bite-sized learning modules to promote fast adoption and developer successProject Management: Understand and navigate the varying goals, deliverables, and timelines of our development teams.
