As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, field-based teams, and internal teams. This role will be a part of our North America Customer Service function, and you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Executing the Customer Service Department Roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Utilizing and supporting our CRM and ERP systems to ensure seamless customer experiences * Owning customer resolutions from top to bottom, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues * Ensuring compliance and support, both internally and externally, to maintain the highest standards of customer service * Utilizing Customer Service training materials and SOPs to ensure team compliance and consistency * Participating in Customer Service meetings and cross-departmental communications to drive collaboration and innovation * Owning customer complaints and order processing to ensure timely and effective resolution * Providing customer service metrics, KPIs, and reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations to inform business decisions * Participating in team-building events and activities to foster Customer Service relationships and recognition * Participating in all process development, employee retention, and turn-around-time goals to support Commercial revenue goals * Performing other functions and duties as required to drive business growth and customer satisfaction **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years' experience in the Medical Device or Dental Industry * Minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a dental manufacturer, preferably an orthodontic manufacturer * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, field-based teams, and internal teams * Experience with presenting using PowerPoint and Excel data to drive business decisions * Experience in Commercial departments and/or sales with client-facing communications to drive revenue growth * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM program to ensure seamless customer experiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, field-based teams, and internal teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure seamless customer experiences * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM program to ensure seamless customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career and develop new skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
