Input large amount of data points weekly into our CRM and databases while maintaining at least 99.5% accuracy. Apply consistent formatting to reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel. Perform dual-stage reviews first a self-audit, followed by a peer review to uphold near-perfect data standards. Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions (e.g., Excel macros or VBA scripts) to boost efficiency. Strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect client and company information. Participate in weekly virtual stand-ups to prioritize tasks and share best practices.Requirements: Experience: 1 to 2 years in data entry, transcription, or administrative support. Typing Speed: Minimum 70 WPM with 98% accuracy (typing test required during the interview). Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for experience with Airtable, Zoho, or Salesforce. Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to interpret unclear or incomplete content. Self-Discipline: Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
