They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and revenue performance across Michigan and Indiana, driving new business and expanding customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Michigan, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targetsManage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner salesDevelop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. Leverage mapping and planning tools to maximize in-market efficiency and impactEngage directly with dealership decision-makers, conducting multiple in-person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutionsMaintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM. Ensure all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documentedPartner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
