By joining our team, you'll become part of a dynamic community that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Processing orders, verifying customer information, and providing exceptional customer service * Overseeing a diverse range of customers, including complex cases, and escalating questions to supervisors as necessary * Grouping orders for largest truck loads to optimize cost savings and bracket pricing qualification * Requesting appointments for loads as needed and grouping customer pickup loads * Addressing potential order issues, gathering and tracking order details, and researching discrepancies * Providing timely and thorough communication with clients and customers * Collaborating with the supply chain team to mitigate inventory issues * Participating in scheduled calls with Hormel/Customer, providing feedback and insight * Communicating regularly with management to advise on critical issues or opportunities * Performing training and vacation/out-of-office backup duties **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment * The ability to work independently, prioritize duties with minimal supervision, and execute detailed work to meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a focus on Excel, Outlook, and web-browsers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
