You'll use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, while also providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling high-volume calls from customers with post-purchase needs, such as tracking orders, checking order status, and product returns * Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary * Providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You'll be a strong problem-solver with a knack for de-escalating upset customers. You'll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be comfortable working in a remote setting.
