The Recruiting Partner is responsible for identifying and hiring culturally aligned talent, emphasizing relationship building with hiring managers and candidates, and engaging with the community to ensure long-term success of hires.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define selection criteria for open positions and select the best candidates for hireCollaborate with hiring managers across various departments to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment processCoach hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate feedback, and selection processesProvide hiring managers with detailed summaries on all screened candidatesSource talent through active and passive methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreachScreen all candidates for culture-fit, quality, and long-term potentialEnsure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication from sourcing through onboardingWhen possible, prioritize hiring culturally aligned talent over experience and trainable skillsCollaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to proactively anticipate internal movement and plan for future openingsMaintain long-term relationships with high potential hires ensuring role satisfactionRecruit and align high potential candidates to early career pipeline programs including internships, rotational programs, and technician apprenticeshipsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needsCollaborate with store leadership to convert early career talent into hires and identify opportunities to leverage pipeline programsBuild and maintain partnerships with schools and other market partnersRepresent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and other community outreach initiativesSkillsExperience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting (automotive or retail a plus)Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levelsA proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fieldHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older requiredBenefitsCompetitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsCompany OverviewLithia & Driveway is an automotive dealership network headquartered in Medford, Oregon.
