[Remote] Clinical Applications Trainer - EEG-Sleep Contractor

Natus Medical Incorporated is a leading provider of neuro solutions, and they are seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer for their Neuro products, including EEG and PSG. This role involves providing onsite and remote training to customers, assisting with equipment installation, and acting as a liaison between customers and technical support.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite clinical training to Natus customers who have purchased Neurology products, including EEG, EMU/SEEG, and/or PSG/Sleep. Provide follow-up education support to customers who have received training during the installation processProvide remote training sessions to customers, as assignedAssist in the installation and configuration of Natus equipment at customer sitesAssist with pre-sale education and clinical support to potential customers, as assignedProactively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant departments within Natus. Serve as the clinical liaison between the customer and Natus technical supportContinue internal Natus-provided education regarding the company's product line to stay up to date on all software and hardware changes.
