Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Responding to customer questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality
Resolving issues on the first call and exercising retention efforts when needed
Identifying and assisting customers with comparison shopping and contract terms
Compassionately handling sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning
Requirements:
6 months of customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Active home state Property and Casualty License
Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems
Proven oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work-from-Home Requirements:
Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps and upload speed of 5.0 Mbps
