As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Creating and updating records with new files and information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Inputting paperwork into an electronic database with precision and attention to detail
Safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Updating records with new information to ensure data consistency and compliance
Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to optimize data entry processes and improve efficiency
To excel in this role, you will need:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
Incredible patience and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with ease
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and data management tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks
Great time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry principles
Available Shifts and Compensation: We offer flexible scheduling, with available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $22.00 - $28.00/hour, plus benefits.
