[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves ensuring the timely completion of data analytics projects, coordinating with various teams, and advocating for operational improvements to support the scaling of the solar industry. Responsibilities Ensure the timely completion of data analytics projects from onboarding through delivery Prove the value of our platform by upholding quality standards of deliverables Contribute to and uphold Analytics SOPs & KPIs Coordinate client feedback conversations with the Customer Support & Training team Work closely with Data Team to support an efficient data quality and completeness feedback loop Employ technical and user expertise to advocate for operational improvements & specialty project needs Lead and contribute to projects supporting company level initiatives and goals Skills Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of work experience in project management, operations and maintenance, data analysis, or similar Must be primarily located in the contiguous US Must be authorized to work in the US Experience with image processing tools, geospatial mapping, or thermography Experience building out and using project management systems (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheets, etc.) Prior work or research experience in solar operations and maintenance, field technician work, or other related solar PV experience Familiarity with SQL or other data querying language Prior startup experience Company Overview Raptor Maps provides performance intelligence solutions for solar asset management.
