* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
* Experience working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit transactions
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
