They are seeking a hands-on Project Cost Manager who can bridge project accounting, cost controls, and contract administration across major mission-critical construction projects.ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly payment application cycle, including AIA G702/G703 documentationManage cost coding, POs, commitments, invoices and subcontractor payment applicationsTrack budgets, forecasts, cost reporting and budget vs actual varianceSupport contract administration, change orders, lien waivers, COIs and certified payrollWork closely with Project Managers, operations teams, accounting and subcontractorsSupport project health reviews and closeout documentationSkills5+ years' experience in construction, MEP, engineering or project-based environmentsStrong experience with AIA billing and construction accountingBackground in project cost controls, contract administration and financial reportingProcore, Costpoint or similar construction ERP experienceAdvanced Excel skillsData center, mission-critical or large construction project experience highly desirableCompany OverviewMetric DCX is a world-leading Executive Search partner dedicated to building high-performance teams in the Data Center & Digital Infrastructure industry.
