**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our customers across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying and solving even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our customer experience
**Who You Are**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. You'll also be:
* A sensitive and skillful communicator who can navigate multiple tabs and windows with ease
* Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures
* Able to juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail
* Highly motivated and energized in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
* Excited to represent careerzynith and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit**
While not required, we encourage you to highlight any relevant customer service experience or experience working from home in your application.
