compliance adherence.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the enterprise quality transformation strategy leveraging SAP S/4HANA QM for A&D Aftermarket operationsEstablish the target quality operating model end-to-end SAP QM solutions integrated with aftermarket and MRO processesDesign quality processes across:Incoming supplier inspectionIn-process inspection for repairs and maintenanceFinal inspection for serviceable componentsNon-conformance and corrective action managementDefine integration between QM and:Maintenance (PM)Warehousing (EWM)Procurement (MM)Engineering and technical systemsEnsure traceability and audit readiness across all quality processesLead global QM workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programsDrive:Design workshops and blueprintingFit-gap analysisTesting Quality notifications and non-conformance management, Audit management and compliance tracking, Incoming, in-process, and final inspection processesExperience integrating QM with key S/4HANA modules: MM (Procurement quality), PP / Manufacturing, EWM (warehouse quality checks), PM / Service (maintenance quality inspection)Expertise in Aftermarket quality processes, including: Repair and overhaul
