About the Role

We are seeking a Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Education Lead to drive the strategic planning, design, and execution of evidence-based, innovative educational solutions for healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role ensures that HCPs receive the right content, through the right channels, at the right time. The position will work cross-functionally and globally to align education strategies with therapeutic area priorities while leveraging cutting-edge omnichannel and digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution
β€’ Lead the development and implementation of the Global Medical Omnichannel Education (MOE) plan.
β€’ Translate customer insights and therapeutic area priorities into impactful education strategies.
β€’ Use Next Best Action (NBA) and Next Best Engagement (NBE) tools to optimize education delivery.
β€’ Design and manage omnichannel initiatives aligned with adult education principles.

Solution Design & Implementation
β€’ Develop 1–2 year education curricula aligned with global, regional, and local needs.
β€’ Create and deploy evidence-based CME and professional development programs.
β€’ Oversee project management, vendor partnerships, and compliance standards.

External Collaboration & Faculty Engagement
β€’ Build and manage relationships with key thought leaders, medical societies, and education providers.
β€’ Collaborate on the co-creation of innovative educational initiatives.
β€’ Track and apply faculty insights to strengthen engagement strategies.

Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building
β€’ Partner with global, regional, and affiliate teams to align education strategies.
β€’ Act as a subject matter expert for omnichannel education.
β€’ Support affiliates and field medical teams in planning and execution.

Performance Improvement & Measurement
β€’ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to advance educational design and execution.
β€’ Establish and execute measurement plans to track engagement, effectiveness, and impact.
β€’ Deliver outcomes reporting and leadership updates.

Qualifications
β€’ Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
β€’ Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience may be considered.
β€’ 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry roles, with a strong background in medical affairs and medical education.
β€’ 3+ years of therapeutic area experience (Immunology, Dermatology, GI).
β€’ Demonstrated success in project management, omnichannel strategy, and budget oversight.
β€’ Experience with healthcare providers and payer landscapes.
β€’ Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25–30%.
