[Remote] Program Coordinator - Community Health

This role specifically supports the Substance Use Services team in coordinating initiatives to address underage drinking and promote mental health among youth in Wisconsin. Responsibilities β’ Participates in the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of designated projects/programs within the Center for Community Health Advancement. β’ Supports the Substance Use Services team in coordinating the Strategic Prevention Framework - Partnerships for Success Grant. β’ Helps address underage drinking and promote mental health among youth ages 14-21 in five counties in Wisconsin. Skills β’ Five years of experience in health education, public health, health promotion, or related field. β’ Two years of program management experience. β’ Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project software. β’ Must reside in Wisconsin, as travel will be required for site visits and trainings. Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in health, environmental, business, education, or related field.
