Online ESL Teacher To Teach Adults and Kids
Responsibilities
• Teach engaging, student-centered ESL lessons using our provided curriculum and materials.
• Lead activities that improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Adjust teaching approaches to support different learning styles and student needs.
• Track student progress and provide feedback through daily lesson assessments.
• Teach short online classes (25-, 15-, or 7-minute sessions).
• Conduct lessons using Zoom and other digital teaching tools.
• Complete lesson reports and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
Minimum Requirements
Applications that do not meet the following requirements will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must provide proof of citizenship from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
• Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet required; Wi-Fi is not accepted).
• High-quality headset with microphone (earbuds are not permitted).
• Valid government-issued identification (passport or driver’s license).
• Professional home workspace with a clean and appropriate background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience teaching, tutoring, homeschooling, coaching, or mentoring.
• ESL certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Experience teaching beginner-level ESL students is preferred.
Work Schedule
• Korea Standard Time: 18:00 – 24:00 KST
• U.S. Eastern Time: 5:00 – 11:00 AM EST
• Teachers must be available at least 4 consecutive hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday).
• This schedule requirement is fixed, non-negotiable.
