[Remote] Portfolio Marketing Manager – Cancer Registry

The Portfolio Marketing Manager – Cancer Registry will define and drive the brand narrative and lifecycle strategy for Elekta’s Cancer Registry portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally and engaging directly with customers to enhance growth and retention.ResponsibilitiesOwn portfolio-level positioning, segmentation, and messaging aligned to business objectivesDevelop and maintain the Cancer Registry brand narrative and value propositions for clinical, IT, executive, and procurement audiencesLead go-to-market planning for releases, enhancements, migrations, and new offerings (launch narratives, enablement, and commercialization plans)Drive retention and installed-base expansion through customer insights, win/loss learnings, and targeted campaigns/programsDeliver sales enablement (ROI models, business cases, competitive positioning) and internal/external training contentOwn Voice of the Customer and competitive/market intelligence and run a closed-loop feedback process with Product, Sales, and leadershipSupport data-driven offerings (data monetization messaging, pricing/packaging inputs) and global localization needsOwn positioning, messaging frameworks, brand narrative, and launch storytelling for the Cancer Registry business area within approved strategyOwn portfolio marketing KPIs and sales enablement standards supporting pipeline, win-rate, adoption, migrations, and expansionSkills5+ years in portfolio/product/strategic marketing and/or sales within healthcare IT, enterprise software, or data platformsExperience with cancer registry software/oncology informatics and understanding of registry operations/regulatory environmentStrong grasp of healthcare buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cyclesAbility to build differentiated value propositions, competitive positioning, ROI/business cases, and sales enablement/training contentStrong analytical and communication skills; effective cross-functional collaborator with proactive, outcomes-driven mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting data monetization (analytics/data-driven offerings, pricing/packaging inputs, enablement)Experience adapting messaging and enablement for global/regional marketsCompany OverviewElekta is a human care company pioneering significant innovations and clinical solutions for treating cancer and brain disorders.
