Remote Pharmacy Technician Opportunity

As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and physicians. Key Responsibilities: • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach • Enter member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues • Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to pharmacists for interpretation or provide direction on processing • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls (limited phone work) Requirements: • 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience • Prior Authorization experience • Excellent customer service skills • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting • Ability to work in a closed-door setting with limited distractions and maintain HIPAA compliance • Strong Wi-Fi connection and reliable computer equipment (equipment provided) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (8-hour shift) About Actalent: Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
