• Strong communication and people skills (Zoom & phone-based interactions)
• Self-discipline and time management to thrive remotely
• A desire to grow into leadership roles within 3–6 months
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we’ll guide you)
• Integrity, ambition, and genuine interest in helping families
Compensation
• Performance-based, bonuses, and residual income.
