Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis for the summer. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing support to students and families navigating the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns to provide support to customers with questions and concerns about the FAFSA process
Adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Utilizing software, scripts, and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and document encounters
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate support
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone voice and etiquette
Strong active listening skills and the ability to follow instructions and scripts
Proficiency with computers and good typing skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems
Knowledge of the FAFSA process and college financial aid and admissions processes (preferred)
