Pay Details:
Licensed Sales Consultants' base pay: $50,000 / year* plus commission
• Average first-year earnings range from $50K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

What You Will Do:
• Support our partnership for credit union memberships
• Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads
• Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
• Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
• Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
• Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
• Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Key Attributes:
• Property & Casualty license
• High school or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty products (particularly Personal Lines in auto and homeowners insurance)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
• Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
