[Remote] Partner Marketing Manager

They are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to scale and execute high-impact partner marketing programs with leading technology resellers and distributors, driving pipeline growth and partner engagement.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing contact for strategic channel partners, distributors, and reseller relationships across North America and EMEAPartner closely with Account Managers and Partner Sales team to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned to growth objectivesManage a high volume of partner marketing activities, requests, campaigns, and enablement initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographiesPlan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns including webinars, virtual events, email campaigns, digital programs, field marketing activities, and partner-led demand generation initiativesCoordinate partner participation in industry events, trade shows, partner conferences, and regional marketing activitiesAdminister and track MDF (Market Development Funds), incentive and co-marketing programs, including proposal review, budget tracking, ROI measurement, and reportingCollaborate with marketing stakeholders to adapt messaging, content, and campaign assets for channel partner useDevelop partner-facing sales and marketing materials, campaign toolkits, presentations, and enablement resourcesDrive partner engagement through regular communication, marketing planning sessions, and quarterly business reviewsMonitor and report on partner marketing performance metrics including campaign engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROIHelp improve and scale partner engagement processes, workflows, and operational efficiency as the channel organization growsSkills5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environmentProven experience working with technology resellers, distributors, VARs, MSPs, or channel partnersStrong understanding of channel go-to-market models and partner sales ecosystemsExperience managing co-marketing campaigns, partner programs, MDF budgets, and joint GTM initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder requests in a high-volume environmentStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product marketing, and partner organizationsFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and HubSpotExperience in high-growth SaaS environmentsCybersecurity, endpoint management, infrastructure software, or IT operations industry experienceExperience supporting international or multi-region partner programs preferredBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferredStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionBenefits401k Match: Match 200% of contributions up to the first 5% of salary, resulting in a total potential match of 10%.Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Patch My PC covers 99% of premiums for both team members and dependents.FSA/HSA.Fertility benefits.Parental leave.Paid-time off (PTO).Volunteer leave.Charitable donation matching.Tuition reimbursement.Gym membership reimbursement.Internet stipend.Pet insurance.Company OverviewWe simplify third-party patching in Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or on your home PC.
