Remote Part time Scrum Master
About the position
The Remote Part-time Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile teams and ensuring effective Scrum practices are followed. This role requires a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to facilitate sprints, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. The position is part-time and requires a security clearance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

ā¢ Gather and refine project backlogs in collaboration with various stakeholders.

ā¢ Support the technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions for feature development.
,
ā¢ Set up sprints in Jira, run reports, and create queries to track progress.
,
ā¢ Collect and document system requirements and capabilities, and write structured user stories for software features.
Requirements
ā¢ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams.

ā¢ Security clearance required.

ā¢ Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.

ā¢ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
,
ā¢ Bachelor's degree.
,
ā¢ Experience with data gathering and creating reports using common office automation tools.

ā¢ Scrum Master certification.
