[Remote] Operations Technician

They are seeking an Operations Technician to monitor and maintain the Broadband network, evaluate and manage trouble tickets, and work collaboratively with field operations and tech support teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain excellent acknowledgement and response time to alarms and customer callsProvide quality documentation of network failures and maintenance activityEstablish factual data to allow management and vendors to understand the problem and prevent recurrenceAnalyze, diagnose, sectionalize, isolate, and resolve trouble situationsManage and correlate multiple trouble reportsCommunicate with internal customers and others in a repair situationProvide Tier I support in platforms supportedInteract with all Tier repair teams.
