They are seeking a hands-on Procurement Operations Analyst to support high-volume invoice processing, focusing on managing invoice queues and resolving invoice blockers.ResponsibilitiesResolve invoice blockers by coordinating with stakeholders for budget increases or PO coverageEscalate aging invoices requiring procurement or system interventionUse Databricks to identify and report invoice bottlenecksResolve price, quantity, and amount variancesRequest budget increases or initiate new PR/PO processesCollaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve disputesProcess PO adjustments in NetSuite and ZIPMaintain high-value exception trackers ensuring audit complianceSkills3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P operationsStrong experience handling high-volume invoice processing (100–250/week)Expertise in: Invoice codingExpertise in: PO matchingExpertise in: Tolerance exception resolutionHands-on experience with NetSuite (GL coding, invoice posting, adjustments)Familiarity with ZIP or similar procurement toolsAbility to generate reports using Databricks or similar platformsStrong communication skills using Slack, Gmail, ZoomAbility to work independently in a remote environmentCompany OverviewBrickRed Systems is an IT Consulting firm specializes in business intelligence, technology consulting, security consulting & more.
