Our Transportation Analytics team is a critical component of this effort, working tirelessly to ensure that our logistics and supply chain operations are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for working with large, messy, disparate datasets to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization will be essential in creating impactful dashboards that drive business outcomes. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business problems, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Working with large datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights * Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and drive business outcomes * Analyzing stakeholder needs and collaborating with them to share relevant information * Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues * Mentoring junior team members as you become a Subject Matter Expert **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and maintain data integrity * Creativity and a user experience focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards * Business operations fluency, with the ability to identify and address business problems * A supply chain background, ideally with transportation experience * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant asset.
