[Remote] National Account Manager

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Strategic Account Director responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients. The role involves managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the account lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of named strategic accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growthDevelop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals, business priorities, and revenue targetsServe as the primary point of contact and escalation for strategic clientsBuild strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makersAct as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business models, challenges, and industry trendsLead regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and strategic planning sessions with clientsIdentify expansion opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, and renewalsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to drive account growthForecast revenue and account health accurately within CRM systemsCoordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery, onboarding, and ongoing account supportAdvocate for customer needs internally to influence product improvements and service enhancementsEnsure alignment across departments to deliver a seamless customer experienceTrack account performance metrics including revenue, retention, satisfaction, and engagementMaintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and pipeline activityProvide insights and recommendations to leadership based on customer feedback and account dataDirectly and indirectly responsible for product qualityOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer successProven experience managing large, complex, or enterprise-level accountsStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsAbility to influence and communicate effectively with executive stakeholdersExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)Experience in [industry: manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, healthcare, etc.]Working knowledge in test & measurement solutions and applicationsExperience managing multi-year contracts or high ARR accountsStrong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and business acumenExecutive presence and communicationCustomer-centric mindsetProblem-solving and decision-makingAccountability and ownershipCompany OverviewTestEquity is one of the industryโs largest authorized distributors of test & measurement solutions & production supplies.
