Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver top-quality software solutions. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Python and software engineering, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate. • Write clear and maintainable technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user guides. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven track record of 2 years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on Python. • Strong expertise in Python programming and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services. • Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with Python applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
