Position Summary
Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and focus on your clinical work without managing billing or marketing. This remote role ensures a reliable client base, full administrative support, and attractive incentives.
Schedule
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
• $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
• Provide secure virtual therapy sessions
• Apply proven therapeutic approaches to address individual needs
• Develop and update client treatment plans
• Help clients navigate personal and emotional concerns
• Maintain accurate records and adjust care plans as necessary
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
• At least three years in outpatient or telehealth environments
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation
