Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service)Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to support business processesDevelop and manage workflows and automation using Power AutomateCustomize Dynamics using plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScriptIntegrate Dynamics and Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and connectorsSupport solution deployment, testing, and production releasesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applicationsCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutionsEnsure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security, and governance standardsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)Experience with Power Automate flowsStrong understanding of Dataverse (entities, relationships, security roles)Experience with C# for Dynamics plugins and custom workflowsWorking knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customizationExperience with Dynamics configuration (forms, views, dashboards, security roles)Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) – nice to haveExperience with ALM, solutions, and environment management
