[Remote] Mechanical Engineering Professionals (Manufacturing / Product / Industrial)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead mechanical design, equipment selection, and system integration
ā¢ Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
ā¢ Drive root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement
ā¢ Support manufacturing processes: tooling, fixtures, automation, and throughput optimization
ā¢ Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and production leadership
Skills
ā¢ BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
ā¢ 7-15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments
ā¢ CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD-role dependent)
ā¢ Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability
ā¢ Leadership/mentorship capability preferred
