**What to Expect:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely
* Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into systems
* Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
* Reviewing and educating members on services and their insurance coverage
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
* Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
